Ongoing Assistance

Clients are offered packages of ongoing assistance under which our technical staff are available to assist with any issues.

Services include technical PC assistance to resolve any technical difficulties or issues that may arise in connection with operating systems, other software and hardware, including through configuration and reconfiguration.

We also provide support services for existing networks, for both residential customers and small- and medium-sized enterprises.
One of the key services we offer is the expansion of current network configurations, from the installation of new products to the enlargement of pre-existing networks where the current arrangements are no longer capable of meeting clients’ needs.
